God the Father and Divine Grace

There is knowledge of God revealed in the Bible. But if one takes a look without prejudice one will find more information in the Fifth Canto of the Srimad Bhagavatam, "The beautiful story of the supreme personality of godhead".
His names are given, His transcendental form and activities. His glories. What goes on in the spiritual world.
We are recipients of His Divine Grace, His Causeless Mercy. We may not deserve it, in my case I know I don't. But He is giving it out freely.
It is said that God has ten hands and we have two, how much can we take with our two hands? (This is just an analogy, He doesn't really have ten hands) and how much can we hang on to when He wants to take away our material attachments?
This information is available at www.krishna.com. If we look at God with an unbiased and open mind, we will see all of His unlimited qualities in full are there in the personality of Krishna. Krishna's form is not material, it is spiritual. The paintings of Krishna are windows to the spiritual world. They are based on scriptures. Not mental speculation. They are not man made or made up ideas.
There is no conflict between Krishna Conscious ideology and Catholicism. Keep what you have, just add Krishna to your lives.

The important point here is that there is only one God, the Lord of Love, the Source of all. He's very real, and he does interact with us and he does incarnate on earth to attract the living entities back home, back to Godhead.

One of the main points of "philosophical" difference between Krsna consciousness and Christianity as a whole is the christians believe a soul incarnates only one time on earth, gets it's chance to be good or bad and then goes to heaven or hell after that. Hindus, however, tell us that a jiva soul becomes trapped in the cycle of birth and death, having turned away from the Lord and become enamoured with god's external energy called Maya. That soul will get innumerable chances to seek god, and when they eventually do, they are then able to go back to godhead. It may not be as easy as it sound however, for god is not so cheap to obtain, and we are so contaminated by our lust and greed here that we are often unable to let it go in our hearts.

What is the way back to God then? In order to cross over the ocean of birth and death, we must pray for devotional service of the Lord, selfless service based upon love and affection for god himself. How can we feel love and affection for someone we do not know? We can't and so we must learn something about the Supreme Personality of Godhead. True he has many names and many forms but at the same time he has one form full of all auspicious qualities that he will reveal to us if we desire to know him.

That is true Saibya. He can reveal Himself and does do so when we are ready. Re-incarnation is or was a doctrine in early Christianity but was taken out of the Bible by some later people after the third century, Emporer Constantine. Still there is some information left, like when Jesus asked His disciples who they thought he was and they said some people say you are the Messiah, others Eliah reincarnated, etc.

A question: if re-incarnation is true, why do we need a savior? We would have so many chances over and over to change and become more holy each time; there would have been no need for Christ to come and die on the cross for us. He did come, He did die for our sins in order we may be saved and enter heaven to be with the Father.
